As well as being one of the most photographed examples of Georgian architecture in the Bath, Pulteney Bridge is one of only four bridges in the world to have shops than span its length on both sides. The bridge was designed in 1769 by Robert Adam and is a must-see attraction to visit during your stay in Bath.

For those who love nature, don’t miss out on the nearby Parade Gardens too, where you can stroll along lush green pathways lined with stunning flower beds, or enjoy a picnic overlooking the River Avon and Pulteney Bridge.
