Guests are invited to partake in breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner and light snacks and other refreshments prepared and served to you by our most attentive team. We cater for every culinary occasion, including parties, celebrations, business meetings, cocktails, breakfast, luncheons and dinners.
A short amble through the Hotel takes guests to celebrated chef Raymond Blanc’s Brasserie Blanc, the home of simple, hearty French cuisine. Enjoy a relaxed and informal breakfast served in the John Wood room. Indulge in nature’s fresh gifts spread out before you including continental and traditional English classics and offerings of a more curious nature, such as our signature specialities, fruit shots and locally-produced home blended fares.
Breakfast served: 7.00am to 10.30am Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 11.00am Saturday & Sunday.
Lazy morning time nourishment has never been so interesting. Our unique Grand Breakfast menu is served in your room, with newspapers and magazines on weekends.
Produce is sourced locally to create fresh salads, speciality sandwiches, freshly baked cakes and buns and generous platters for sharing amongst relatives and friends.
Guests may retire to the discreet bar area where our extensive drinks menu includes classic and signature cocktails and the hotel’s unique champagne.
Those with an adventurous disposition are invited to sample a hand-picked collection of fine wines accompanied by sharing platters or hors d’oeuvres.
For those whose appetite is for more virtual or digital sustenance, two Apple iMacs are available for guests to use in the bar area.
Lounge and Bar open 10.00am to 11.00pm
Bar/Lounge Menu available in room between 10.00am – 6.00pm.
Dinner Menu available 6.00pm – 10.00pm.
At all other hours, guests may speak personally to the catering staff to agree a suitable plate being personally prepared from a more limited menu.
Sittings for tea are between 12 noon and 5pm daily.

Our exuberant interiors lend a joyous spirit to all private and social engagements, from the most intimate tête à têtes to exclusive wedding banquets.
Meeting spaces are available Monday to Friday, from noon.
Maximum capacities are as follows: Boardroom: 24 persons / Cabaret: 32 persons / Theatre: 60 persons
